Meet the Team

Saleh Alkhudhar / Managing Director
Saleh has over 31 years’ worth of experience in the property sector, having started working for a contracting business in 1986 before setting up his own construction company in 1990, specialising in excavating and ground works, paving, roads and highways infrastructure and new build construction projects.

Saleh is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and liaising with the various heads of departments within the company, specifically the acquisitions, development and sales departments, supervising and ensuring that budgets, timeframes and targets are met, as well as being the pivot for our external partners.

Andrew Westcott / Sourcing & Acquisitions Director
Andrew has over 19 years’ worth of experience in the property sector, having started working for a conventional estate, lettings and property management agency in 1998 before joining his father’s property development business two and a half years later, where he still works on a consultancy basis.

Andrew is responsible for sourcing new real estate development opportunities (land or existing buildings ripe for conversion), the carrying out of feasibility studies, and negotiating and acquiring sites and existing buildings and liaising with solicitors, ensuring that due diligence is carried out beforehand and throughout the entire purchase process.

James Westcott / Development Director
James has over 17 years’ worth of experience in the property sector, having started working for his father’s property development business in the year 2000 before setting up his own boutique property development company specialising in the development of small residential projects just over 5 years’ ago.

James is responsible for the design and build process; liaising with architects, surveyors, local governmental departments, construction companies, contractors, legal aspects and all and sundry related to the building and/or conversion of real estate, ensuring that these projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

Altaf Jilani / Sales Director
Altaf has over 10 years’ worth of experience in the property sector, having overseen and project managed residential and commercial construction projects in both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Altaf is responsible for pre-acquisition market analysis and sales potential due diligence; post acquisition, he coordinates and delivers sales and marketing strategies, creating and implementing the most effective plans unique to each individual project, whilst continuing to monitor and evaluate emerging development opportunities with a view to maximising the sales potential of the projects under development as well as future ones.
